We have been learning all about Remberance Day and why we wear poppies. We have made a poppy wreath and written our own poem inside each wreath. They are very impressive!

Here is an example of just one of the fantastic poems created by the children:

'Millions of people join war

But sadly are destroyed poor

Some soldiers died

Their family were so sad that they cried

Some were incredibly brave

But ended up in graves

We wear poppies to remember

On the 11th of November'

Well done to all of the children for their effort and determination.
